Luật sư Phạm Xuân Sang

Lawyer Pham Xuan Sang has over 19 years of experience, including 9 years working at Truong Hai Group, where he served as the former Legal Director of THACO. Lawyer Sang possesses a deep understanding of law and practical business insights, having dedicated significant time and effort to areas such as mergers and acquisitions, investment cooperation, business, corporate legal management, land, and housing. He excels in litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate legal management. Currently, Lawyer Sang is a Member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and serves as an Arbitrator and Chairman of the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Centre (VTA).

Mr. Pham Xuan Sang is a founding member and the Chairman of the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Centre (VTA). VTA was established in 2018 driven by practical business demands and the Vietnamese business community's desire for an institution to resolve commercial disputes with an understanding of Vietnamese culture, business environment, and judicial practices. Mr. Sang is also a founder and the Managing Partner of SENLAW, a law firm specializing in litigation and dispute resolution in Vietnam.

Mr. Sang has been instrumental in establishing and operating the legal management systems for many leading private sector businesses in Vietnam over the past 20 years; during which he participated in organizing the corporate governance system and served as the Legal Director of Truong Hai Group (THACO) from 2013 to 2022.

Additionally, Lawyer Sang is a member of the Vietnam Independent Directors Association (VNIDA). Through VNIDA's activities, Mr. Sang aims to standardize, promote, and elevate corporate governance to align with Vietnamese culture and business practices, while meeting advanced corporate governance standards.
