Lawyer Nguyen Tien Manh graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and became a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association in 2011. In 2012, he founded and became the Director of Hong Long Law Co., Ltd. and served as the firm's principal managing lawyer. As a founding lawyer, Lawyer Nguyen Tien Manh has always dedicated himself to the development of Hong Long Law Co., Ltd., and has been an inspiration for generations of young lawyers at the firm.

Before becoming the founding lawyer of Hong Long Law Co., Ltd., Lawyer Nguyen Tien Manh held various positions, including legal counsel at Saigon Housing Business Company, Dong A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, and Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of An Cu Real Estate Consulting Joint Stock Company. While serving as Director of Hong Long Law Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2024, Lawyer Nguyen Tien Manh also concurrently held positions such as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director of Dai Phuoc Real Estate Investment JSC, legal advisor for Vietnam Real Estate Magazine, participated in the establishment and served as Head of the Legal Department of Saigon Entrepreneurs Club, and Executive Committee Member – Legal Advisor of Saigon Entrepreneurs Club. From April 2024, Lawyer Nguyen Tien Manh became one of two members of the Members' Council at Hong Long Law Co., Ltd., holding the position of Chairman of the Members' Council.

As a passionate learner and researcher, Lawyer Nguyen Tien Manh constantly enhances his knowledge to serve his profession. In addition to his role as a lawyer, he has also been certified by the Ministry of Justice as an Insolvency Administrator, Auctioneer, and Notary Public. He also completed a journalism training course at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Some of the widely published works he has collaborated on include: Legal Q&A on Marriage and Family – Youth Publishing House 2009, Legal Regulations on Administrative Sanctions in Commercial Activities – Youth Publishing House 2010, International Instruments on Intellectual Property – Youth Publishing House 2010. Furthermore, he contributes legal articles to several online newspapers and magazines such as Life and Law Magazine, Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine, Vietnam Lawyer Magazine, etc.

Lawyer Nguyen Tien Manh is also a public speaker. He frequently participates in legal thematic programs and career orientation events at universities; shares legal knowledge with CEOs at the Saigon Entrepreneurs Club, various corporations, companies, and training organizations, and engages in implementing legal dissemination programs for the Ho Chi Minh City Association for the Protection and Care of Children at schools across the city.
