Master, Lawyer Vo Dan Mach founded TAPHALAW in 2010. He has been operating and leading TAPHALAW's activities since its establishment. Currently, he is the Chairman of the company, primarily responsible for vision setting, strategic management, and legal service market development, with the goal of continuing to make TAPHALAW one of the leading providers of effective legal services in the Vietnamese market, especially for corporate clients.

In nearly 20 years of practice, including 16 years leading TAPHALAW, Lawyer Mach has directly advised numerous businesses and economic groups operating in various sectors. In the field of specialized consulting, Lawyer Mach possesses particular strength in legal advice concerning direct selling in Vietnam. Additionally, Lawyer Mach has acted as a representative lawyer, a lawyer protecting legitimate rights and interests, and a defense counsel in numerous civil, commercial, labor, administrative, and criminal cases before procedural agencies such as Courts, Procuracies, and Investigative Agencies. Lawyer Mach has also successfully represented clients in economic disputes before commercial arbitration multiple times.

Alongside his legal practice, Lawyer Mach dedicates significant passion, resources, and time to community activities and the development of young human resources, through numerous charitable activities, academic competitions, and ongoing training programs. Notably, he is the founder of the charity fund “Ta Pha – Journey of Compassion” and a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Economics and Finance Ho Chi Minh City (UEF), where he has been recognized and honored as an Entrepreneurial Teacher.
