He also serves as a legal advisor for many large corporations and organizations such as Vietnam National Tobacco Corporation, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance, Trungnam Group, and Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation, etc.

Lawyer Nguyen Van Hau is renowned for his pioneering work in new legal fields previously unexplored in Vietnam. A notable case is singer Phuong Thanh's lawsuit against the blog “Co Gai Do Long” for defamation of personal honor. This case was unprecedented in Vietnam, as at that time, regulations and laws regarding cyberspace were almost non-existent. Lawyer Hau's strong advocacy, representing singer Phuong Thanh, laid the groundwork for innovations in civil law related to cyberspace in Vietnam.

Lawyer Hau has been awarded the First Class Resistance Medal and the Third Class Labor Order.
