Lawyer Nguyen Huu Thien is a member of Du Nien Law Co., Ltd. and the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. He also works as an English interpreter at Nguyen Minh Tan Notary Public Office in Ho Chi Minh City.

Lawyer Thien graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law; completed the lawyer training course at the Judicial Academy located in Ho Chi Minh City; obtained a degree in English Language from Hanoi University; and achieved a pedagogical certificate for university and college lecturers from Hanoi National University of Education. Furthermore, Lawyer Thien has participated in numerous courses on personal development, business management, public speaking, etc. Notably, Lawyer Thien is passionate about writing books, journalism, teaching law, the art of rhetoric, and life skills for all audiences in families, schools, companies, or businesses.

Before entering the legal profession from 2009 until now, Lawyer Thien spent 16 years in leadership, management, and production scheduling roles at a Korean-Vietnamese joint venture company, thereby gaining valuable experience in advising on production management, drafting labor regulations, writing collective labor agreements, and resolving labor disputes at businesses or courts. Additionally, the Lawyer possesses in-depth knowledge and thoroughly handles the establishment, amendment, supplementation, termination, or dissolution of enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, or Long An provinces.

Lawyer Thien has been, is, and will continue to be an authorized representative, protecting the legal rights and interests of clients before administrative agencies and courts, including drafting complaints, initiating lawsuits, and acting as defense counsel in civil, marriage and family, economic, corporate, labor, and criminal cases at people's courts of all levels.
