Luật sư Nguyễn Hoàng Trung Hiếu

Nguyễn Hoàng Trung Hiếu is a lawyer of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, concurrently a Commercial Arbitrator at the Atlantic International Commercial Arbitration Center, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) (UK), a Mediator at the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court, a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Writers' Association, and the author of over 10 literary and artistic books, including the work 'The Art of Practicing Law' (Thanh Niên Publishing House, reissued in 2019).

Lawyer Hiếu currently serves as the Head of Hiếu & Associates Law Office (established in 2013), serving clients in all areas of legal practice. This includes litigation participation, legal consulting, out-of-court representation, etc., across criminal, economic, civil, administrative, labor, and family law matters. Lawyer Hiếu has had the honor of participating in major cases such as the "Dong A Bank special case," the "Vehicle Registration major case," the "Van Thinh Phat major case," and other cases under the purview of the Central Steering Committee... receiving commendations and certificates of merit for many consecutive years for outstanding achievements in his professional activities.

Notably, Lawyer Hiếu had the honor of joining a team of Japanese lawyers and experts in a landmark reversal victory at the Supreme Court of Japan in 2023, securing an acquittal for a former Vietnamese intern. This ruling has become a Japanese precedent, attracting significant attention from international press and academia.
