Luật sư Lê Trạch Giang

Lawyer Le Trach Giang, born in 1978, is a native of Thanh Hoa, grew up in Nha Trang City, and studied at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Class 21, International Department, academic year 1996 – 2001. From 2001 to 2008, Lawyer Giang worked in Investment and Enterprise consulting, and related services supporting business operations. In 2008, he co-founded An Phu International Law Firm Limited (An Phu International Law Firm) with classmates from International Class 21A, and has served as the Director of An Phu International Law Firm Limited since its establishment to date.

The lawyer has in-depth experience in the following areas:

1. Legal consulting, drafting commercial business contracts;
2. Commercial mediation;
3. Consulting, performing bankruptcy procedures and handling corporate debt;
4. Litigation in commercial business, administrative, and labor matters before courts of all levels and Commercial Arbitration;
5. Legal services regarding licenses and related administrative procedures for enterprise business operations;
6. Litigation in marriage and family cases, especially divorce cases.

Lawyer Giang is also responsible for and handles the litigation of criminal cases at An Phu International Law Firm Limited.
