Lawyer, Master KIEU ANH VU, is the founding and managing lawyer (Director) of KAV Lawyers. Lawyer Kieu Anh Vu has over fourteen years of experience in the legal profession and is often known as a highly skilled, experienced, dedicated, and committed lawyer, arbitrator, and lecturer.

In addition to his role as Managing Lawyer at KAV Lawyers, Lawyer KIEU ANH VU is also an Arbitrator, Commercial Mediator and holds many important positions at Arbitration Centers such as: Vice President of the Center cum Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Central Commercial Arbitration Center (MCAC); Deputy Secretary General, Vice Chairman of the Science and Training Council at the Southern Commercial Arbitration Center (STAC); and is the South Asia Representative for the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAAF Representative) for the 2021 – 2024 term.

Before establishing KAV Lawyers, Lawyer Kieu Anh Vu practiced as an associate lawyer, senior associate at law firms and as a legal advisor at investment funds and enterprises.

As an international commercial lawyer, Lawyer KIEU ANH VU is a member of many international legal professional associations and organizations, including the International Bar Association (IBA), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the American Bar Association (ABA), the European Court of Arbitration (Cour Européenne D’arbitrage – ECA), the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), LAWASIA, etc.

Lawyer KIEU ANH VU is also an Arbitrator and Mediator for many domestic and international arbitration centers such as: Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC, China); Ho Chi Minh City Commercial Arbitration Center (TRACENT), Vietnam Economic Arbitration Center (VEAC), etc.

Lawyer KIEU ANH VU has advised hundreds of domestic and international clients in the fields of: investment, M&A, corporate, contracts and has participated in resolving hundreds of cases in courts and commercial arbitration. Lawyer KIEU ANH VU also serves as an Arbitrator and Chairman of Arbitration Panels, issuing awards in business and commercial disputes.

Lawyer KIEU ANH VU is also the author of the book “Some Legal Issues in Business and Commerce – Perspectives and Comments” (Justice Publishing House, 2022); author of numerous articles on law in Legal Science Magazine, Law Review, Saigon Economic Times, etc. He is a guest and speaker at many seminars, workshops, and programs on law and the legal profession. He is an expert interviewed on HTV, FBNC, VITV, National Assembly Television, Vinh Long Television Station; Vietnam Law Newspaper, Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper, Business Forum, etc.

In 2023, Lawyer Kieu Anh Vu was selected by Asian Legal Business (a Thomson Reuters publication) as one of the 26 promising young lawyers in Vietnam (ALB Vietnam Rising Stars 2023) in the organization's inaugural selection.

Additionally, Lawyer Kieu Anh Vu is also an Administrator, Director of KAV Asset Management and Liquidation Private Enterprise; and Director of KAV Legal Consulting and Training Co., Ltd.
