8. River City project, a joint venture between Phat Dat Company, An Gia Company, and Creed Group Investment Fund;
9. Novaland Company sold Sunrise City Commercial High-rise Complex to Agribank;
10. Nam Long Company transferred the supermarket project in Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City to VinGroup (Value: VND 250 billion);
11. Nam Long Company transferred the school project in Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City to Khai Sang Education.
